Rates & Conditions

Prices per room**, to include full English breakfast:
Double: £50 (single occupancy £35)
Single: £30

**For Henley Royal Regatta & Henley Festival Weeks (late June/July): £35 per person, per night, for either room for a minimum of three consecutive nights.

For advance bookings, we ask for a small deposit, to be arranged at the time of reservation.

Bookings made two weeks or more in advance will be held for up to five days pending receipt of an agreed deposit, which will be acknowledged.

Guests who have arranged an arrival time earlier the day (perhaps to change for a wedding): please phone us if you are delayed, to save us waiting around for you!

Please note that we do not accept payment by credit/debit or charge card.

Booking deposits from outside the UK: send either Euros or a cheque in your own currency for 15% of the equivalent sterling total; this will be held pending your arrival and returned when payment is made in full at the end of your stay.
